Refund policy

All the transactions will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars(HKD).

Refund and Exchanging services are only provided under the situation that there is a quality issue of the lens(es).

  1. You have 7 days to contact us and provide us with the shipping tracking number from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
  2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
  3. We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction.
  4. We will bear all the shipping costs if the product(s) can not be used after the guidance of our professional staff.
  5. Please be aware that there are some differences even between lenses of the same model from different brands. This is not a quality issue.

Since we have no control over Shopify payment, card issuers, or other online payment systems, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other related charges may not be refunded.
