Refund policy
All the transactions will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars(HKD).
Refund and Exchanging services are only provided under the situation that there is a quality issue of the lens(es).
- You have 7 days to contact us and provide us with the shipping tracking number from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
- All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
- We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction.
- We will bear all the shipping costs if the product(s) can not be used after the guidance of our professional staff.
- Please be aware that there are some differences even between lenses of the same model from different brands. This is not a quality issue.
Since we have no control over Shopify payment, card issuers, or other online payment systems, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other related charges may not be refunded.
