Customs Duty

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges.

If you have specific requests regarding your order, such as labeling, packing, invoices, etc., please message or email us before we ship your order. We will do our best to follow your instructions. Please note, if you refuse to pay taxes and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot offer a refund or compensation.

Delivery time

The delivery time will be 3-10 working days. All items will be shipped from Hong Kong. We will ship by SF Express, UPS, Hong Kong Post and others. 

Please confirm your shipping address, contact phone number and email is correct when placing the order. We might cancel any order with an error in the shipping address/email.

After the order has been confirmed, any address modification will not be accepted. We do not ship to military address or PO Box.

Currently, we only ship to the destinations listed on the checkout page.
